Why haven’t I received my text passcode?

You will receive 2 verification passcodes during your credit line application. One passcode will be sent to the email address you provided in your application form and the other will be sent to the mobile phone number you provided.

All text passcodes are sent automatically during the application process and cannot be sent manually so please check that you entered your mobile phone number correctly in your application form. It should be an 11 digit number starting 07XXXXXXXXX. Please ensure that your mobile phone is turned on and available for receiving messages.

If the mobile phone number you provided in your application form is checked and correct, and your mobile phone is turned on and available for receiving messages, you might need to start a new application.
