You will receive 2 verification passcodes during your credit line application. One passcode will be sent to the email address you provided in your application form and the other will be sent to the mobile phone number you provided.
All email passcodes are sent automatically during the application process and cannot be sent manually so please check that you entered your email address correctly.
Please check your Junk or Spam folder. You should also add email@example.com to your safe senders list so that all other emails from us go straight into your main inbox.
If the email address you provided in your application form is checked and correct, and the passcode is not in your Junk folder, you might need to start a new application.
