My bank isn’t on Credit Kudos

If your bank is not listed with Credit Kudos, we can still review your application. Please send a copy of your bank statement in full for the last 2 months to info@polarcredit.co.uk. Please note, it may take a while for your bank statements to be manually reviewed, so please be patient.

If you use more than one bank account, you will need to send copies of your bank statements from all accounts. We need to check your key financial information, which includes your income and expenditure, and we will be unable to proceed with your application if we cannot validate some of the information.
