Occasionally, your bank or Credit Kudos may run maintenance checks which means Credit Kudos is unable to connect to your bank. We would often suggest just trying again later in the day.
However if the error persists over a few hours, please send us a screenshot of the error message you are getting so that we can look into this further. Additionally, it may be worth checking your bank’s website in case they are undergoing maintenance which means you are unable to log in to your online banking.
