You are entitled to withdraw from this agreement without having to give any reason within 14 days starting the day after the day when we open your Polar Credit account and confirm your credit limit to you. You may give us notice of withdrawal by calling us on 0845 094 1905, by email to info@polarcredit.co.uk or by post to APFin Limited, 3rd Floor, 12 Gough Square, London, EC4A 3DW.
If you withdraw from this agreement, you must repay, without delay and no later than 30 calendar days beginning with the day you gave us notice of withdrawal, the credit advanced to you together with interest at the Rate of Interest from the date the credit was provided to you until you make the repayment in full. Please contact us and we will tell you the amount of interest payable each day without delay.
You can repay the credit advanced to you and interest by logging in to your Polar Credit account online or by transferring your payment to our bank account, the details of which we will provide to you on request.
