We are unable to accept repayments by credit card. We can only accept repayments by debit card or bank transfer.
If you lose your debit card or you are waiting for a new one to arrive, you can still make your repayments by bank transfer so that you don’t incur any late interest or missed payment fees. Please contact us to request our bank account details in advance of your minimum payment due date. You can find your due date in the Account section when you log in to your Polar Credit account.
Once you have received your new debit card, please update your details at your earliest convenience to minimise the risk of missing a repayment.
